How I became a whiz with words
I wasn’t always a badass with sales copy. But I have always made a living with words. I started out as a sports blogger and worked my way into covering the Los Angeles Clippers (even though I’m a Lakers fan).
I went from sports writing to working in the film industry as a P.A. The work was grueling and taught me a lot. Mostly that I needed to get my ass back in front of my laptop and keep writing.
And so I began my career as a screenwriter, moonlighting as a copywriter for cash.
